Turbo Tax is dependable

Worked great except for 1 problem, see Cons.
I canceled the update until had a chance to indicate needed State then requested update again.

What's not so great: Automatically tried to update a State I no longer needede

I have used TurboTax for several years now. I've found it to be highly user friendly and I am always amazed to see how thoroughly it walks you through what would otherwise be a terribly convoluted process. I have supreme confidence in the results.
What's great about it: Ease of use, accuracy of the results!
What's not so great: None!
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Your printing software , was set to print on both sides of the paper. Causing paper jams, and a non usable forms for filing.
I have been using Tubo-Tax for 20 years, and printing the return
is always a struggle.

Used Turbotax for about 8 years
What's great about it: Easy to use, follows through the steps in a logical order
What's not so great: Needs a warning before the save function. I accidently hit 'revert' lost all my data.
