What's not so great: when I printed the Ohio forms they had Do not file Form not final printed all over them

I've used Turbotax since 2009 and I can't imagine a better way to prepare your taxes. I don't have any suggestions on improvement. Everyone I've ever talked to has been extremely kind and professional. If they can't answer my question, they will find someone who can. This is a great business model.
What's great about it: Faster, user friendly, and if I have a question, there's always someone there to help me and walk me through it.
What's not so great: None

Quick and Easy

Always a awesome experience. Used to do taxes for a living. This program can get as technical as you need it but can also be idot proof as well, used this program for the last 8 years straight and tried other ones, turbo tax is the way to go!
What's great about it: easy instructions and quick
What's not so great: used to include one state for free!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Do my own and parents taxes every year.
Still the same basic product, just seems they added a couple of extra spots to try and get you to add the state version.
What's great about it: Rather easy to get through, caught a mistake
What's not so great: lots of ads/extra clicks to bypass

Tax review for Turbo Tax

Turbo Tax is easy for anyone to do. I let my grandson who is 18 do his own and he had no questions. This was a great way to learn to do something you have to do for the rest of your life.
What's great about it: I found your product very easy to follow and have used it for several years.
What's not so great: no cons so far
