No Sweat

I had to use for the first time every (been using TurboTax over 9 years) the phone in assistance line and they got me straight on a simple question to them but it lead to a rejected refund for me. They were so polite and helpful that my question was answered right over the phone and then my problem was resolved and Taxes were sent with ease.

When I select e-file Federal and mail State it should ask if I want required documents printed for State filing.
As a non-resident filing with Wisconsin income I am required to send a mailed copy (i.e.. I cannot e-file state)
Overall rating would be a 5 if state printing was cleared up.
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: Printing state returns not straight forward.

What's great about it: Many detailed explanations along the way

Great Program!

I have been using TurboTax for over 20 years, and have always found it to be easy to use and very accurate. Each year, TurboTax is improved to make it better. Good stuff stays and is improved; bad stuff goes away. I like TuroTax very much!
What's great about it: Quick, easy, accurate

I have been using the download version of Turbo Tax for many years and have always been very satisfied with the results. My new laptop uses Windows 10 and every time a page refreshed or did a calculation, the screen would revert to the task page and I would have to select the Turbo tax window to get back to my return. I also was unable to click on any of the "learn more" tabs and have anything happen.
