Worst experience ever

Very upset with the turbo system this filing year. have been a loyal patron for 4 years running and this is the first year I can say communication between filer and turbo tax has been awful. People using tax slayer, h and r block , and other brands filed after I did and most are receiving refunds way before turbo tax users. needless to say I will not be returning next year to utilize turbotax.
What's great about it: Software was easy to use (4th year using)
What's not so great: Post filing ease of using software is awful this year

Quick and Easy!

After using Turbo Tax for many years, the expectation is for a quick and easy, problem free filing in one session. This year's product did not disappoint. The software quickly found last year's information and I completed both Federal and State returns in less than 2 hours, software install to e-filing.This year's product did seem to take an extra long time to download updates from the internet once the disc was installed. I have a college student and this program is excellent at assisting through the educational credits and deductions. I wouldn't use anything else.
What's great about it: Straight forward, easy, no wasted steps
What's not so great: Slow loading software update after initial install

I have used TT for years and every year it gets better. I'm no tax pro but I sure go through the questions with ease. Would recommend to anyone who can read the questions and understand what to do.
