Wow! Much better than having it done for me.

I really liked the automated import of my W-2 with just a little info from my paper copy. That saved having to transfer and type in all the boring stuff. I have had my taxes done several times in the past and several times felt I could have done better myself. Now I know for sure that it is a lot easier and faster using Turbo Tax. If I have a question I can just click on the button and it will ask questions or give info that clarifies the issue. If anything doesn't apply-I can just go back with no regrets and go to a new section. I also like the reassurance that it checks your return several times and if it finds anything that needs clearing up it walks you through it. I hate to admit it but it was much better than having to make an appointment with my CPA. I also used Turbo Tax last year and it is nice that it remembers what settings and info I used so I can just edit the changes from last time.
What's great about it: If you have questions the answers are just a click away
What's not so great: Have to have your info at hand. It didn't like my employer ID # which had extra info I didn't feel comfortable deleting.

Turbo tax was a great way to save a lot of money in filing then going to tax agent. Thanks for saving me even more money!

my first, Do it yourself Tax File. Now that it is done, I surprised myself, hey I saved lots of money by going for it!
What's great about it: they wont let you make a mistake,

Makes taxes so easy

The questions about health insurance were confusing and even after calling my insurance company, my employer, and turbo tax help, it was still confusing. A revision of this section of turbo tax for next year would be helpful.
What's great about it: Quick and streamlined process to find all your deductions
What's not so great: Healthcare portion was not as helpful or as streamlined as it could be.

Efficient, Accurate Tax Filing

Until now I have always used the free version of TurboTax. I purchased the Deluxe version and could not be happier. Once I received all my W-2s and other documents, I filed my taxes with TurboTax in under 30 minutes. Others may have a more complicated situation, but this software narrows it down to exactly what you need. Very happy.
What's great about it: Interface, clarity, speed, explanations
What's not so great: Minor software issues when updating

I've been using TurboTax for the past 5 years and will continue to use it! You can't go wrong with the software.
What's great about it: The ease use of the software; specially imported last years tax info.
What's not so great: Finding errors can be challenging when importing tax documents

What Turbotax has done for me.

I did income tax for thirty years and spent hours doing research all those years. I have used Turbo Tax for the last sixteen years. They did the research and makes it simple and guides you thru in and anyone can do taxes with just a little knowlege. I have found Intuit Turbo Tax good for support. I like their prroduct I have used Quicken for atleast 15 years.
What's great about it: Thirty years doijng taxes for others.Years of research 16 years aqo got Turbotax no more research.
What's not so great: Found out that this is last year I can use Turbotax unless I buy another Computer.
