Awesome accuracy.

Turbo Tax makes doing taxes easy and painless. They walk you through each line so you understand how to collect your papers needed to get the most deductions. Twice I've used accountants and twice I had addition errors that the IRS gladly pointed out, leaving me with an unwanted surprise of owed taxes. Best thing to happen to me was to use this service. Thank you!
What's great about it: Used this product for years, one of the best ways to do taxes.

Simple and Direct

Very concise but clear progression through the necessary tax forms. I like the periodic summaries to help check what you've entered.
What's great about it: Very clear instructions and questions. I like the clarifying comments that pop up.
What's not so great: I wish the tax code were simplier
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Love my refund

I have used Turbo Tax for quite a few years. I love that it transfers information from one year to the next and eliminates the need to re-enter information. I also like that it can be used step by step or you can by-pass areas that you don't need. I did find it difficult to retrieve my password. I am not sure if it reset or not or if I will have to get a code each time I try to sign in.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, step by step, or jump to what you need
What's not so great: difficult to retrieve or reset password

Quick and Easy

I've used Turbo Tax for several years and this version for 2015 was the best. It seemed simple to accomplish and the checks and audits were quick.

The update feature did not work well this year. It caused a 1603 error that was frustrating and difficult to resolve. Please update the software before you package it.
