So easy to complete. Each step is given great explanation. I especially like the review to determine if any thing is not done correctly.

TurboTax 2015

Took 4 calls to get this taken care of. Two calls got no help at all. Bad enough there was a 30-60 min wait time, but then the return call by the rep wasn't helpful. Finally got a wonderful guy to push though the state program...bless him!!!. Then there was paying for the e-file! Took another 40 min wait on line (cause I wasn't willing to wait for a call back )
I have used Turbo tax for over 10 years. Why do you keep changing the program. Please, Please ,Please include state with your programs

I felt good going through the program, found it very helpful and pretty thorough. Will continue to use, this is my 2nd year.

Terrific Turbotax

I loved the ease with which I was able to navigate through the tax process. Intuit has really improved this app in terms of user-friendly negotiation and expertise on taxes since it first came out several years ago.
What's great about it: Easy, user friendly, quick, and thorough in terms of updated forms and information..
What's not so great: The search function didn't get me to any of the features I was looking for to rethink (ie professional publications)
