AWESOME!

This is my first time using TurboTax and I have to say I will definitely be using it again next year. It is easy to understand and takes you step by step, if you don't understand something you would click on the question mark and it explains it for you clearly. They help you get the most deductibles possible which is a great bonus. Things that I didn't think were a deductible turned out to be one. I was able to complete my taxes within 10 min.
What's great about it: Easy to understand, Quick and simple

I use TurboTax every year and it takes a quarter of the time since recalls my previous tax returns.

Amazingly Easy

Turbo Tax is an incredible tool when completing your taxes. It used to take me hours, sometimes days, to complete our family's federal and state taxes (state's were the worst!) with a lot of frustration and sometimes even tears. With Turbo Tax, I simply had to gather up our information and enter it into the boxes it prompted. It is easy and fast. Turbo Tax even pulls through information from the previous year making it even easier. When I printed off a copy for our files, I was astounded at the forms I would have had to try to figure out what they were asking for and how to complete them! I can't imagine doing my taxes any other way.
What's great about it: Takes all the stress out of doing taxes
What's not so great: Nothing

Extremely Easy To Use

I have used TurboTax for many years now and walking through each section one by one helps me to maximize my deductions every year. The program is user friendly and compared to what I would spend going to a tax preparer it can't be beat.
What's great about it: Step by Step Function is Great!

How do you keep getting better and easier to use?

Turbo tax makes filing my own taxes so simple. The directions are clear, the pathways smooth. I'll see you next tax season
What's great about it: Simple instructions, Sense of humor
What's not so great: Can't think of anything
