I have been using TurboTax for the past 5 years or more. I have never had any trouble e-filing or receiving my return quickly. I love this tax prep tool and would recommend it to anyone.
What's great about it: Easy, Fast and Accurate

Very user friendly, identity fraud protected & eFiling are big pluses.

A joy to do my taxes! (Huh???)
What's great about it: In IT we had a saying: Fast, Good, Cheap. Pick any 2. With ttax I get to have *all 3!*
What's not so great: NONE (although I must've missed it in my haste - no year over year compare?)

Couldn't live without TurboTax

I called TurboTax for the first time this year (after many years using your product) to solve a problem that left me owing a huge tax bill. Nikki explained the problem to me quickly and thoroughly and I went from owing to receiving a significant refund. You guys are great!
What's great about it: Everything but especially the availability of consultants
