I would like summary of tax code changes for both Federal and state include in Turbo Tax.. For the second in a row, I was unable to pay fees with a credit card without calling Turbo Tax and sending several additional hours in the process. I was unable to change my account password without Turbo Tax customer service help.

best refund ever

I have nothing but rave reviews for Turbo Tax. I always feel like I have gotten the most I can.
What's great about it: con go slow or fast which ever you choose
What's not so great: no cons that I know of
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Retirement Made Easy

I was able to complete the Federal and state forms easily and show my wife the entries and results. It was very straight forward. Printed copy looked very good for files.
What's great about it: Loading prior year information and walking me through the return.
What's not so great: After finishing the return, I had to make a correction to an entry due to electronic filing. Doesn"t almost everyone?!

What's great about it: Very user friendly. You don't have to have any knowledge of tax preparation. Just follow the step by step guide.

Accurate & Easy

Have never had a bad experience with TurboTax yet. It takes you through step by step so there's less chance for errors or forgetting/missing something. It also helps you to get the max for your deductions. The It'sDeductible program is a great tool that lets you easily calculate the value of items donated throughout the year. This years TurboTax had an even better user interface that seemed to be smoother than those in the past. It also has all the necessary forms that you may need. I would strongly recommend this software for its ease of use.
What's great about it: Easy of use, step by step

Should come out with a program where an individual who knows he doesn't qualify for anything but the standard deduction to delete the necessity of itemizing.
What's great about it: Just follow the steps
What's not so great: Price between Basic and Deluxe the same
