Confident Preparation

I have used Turbo-Tax for years. When I started years ago, I was up-to-date on all tax regulations that applied to me. I used Turbo-Tax just as a convenience. Over the years, my financial situation has become more complex and my knowledge of tax laws has become more dated. Now I rely on Turbo to be my "expert" on tax rules applicable to my situation.
I appreciate being able to work on the return, save my work and then come back when I have time or information to go further.
What's great about it: Question approach gives you confidence that you are covering each topic.
What's not so great: Only minor complaints about inflexibility of entering charitable mileage and brokerage statements.

I love using TurboTax every year. It is super easy to follow and you get everything done within couple hours. it's affordable and the best way to file your taxes!!!

SCREEN FOR E-FILING IS TOO SMALL. iT SHOULD FILL THE COMPUTER SCREEN
What's great about it: Everthing except e-file procedure.
What's not so great: Screen detaii is too hard to read!

I've using Turbo for quite a number of years. I still use Turbo to guide me because I want to be sure I didn't forget anything. And even though I've guide me" service.Turbo I do not feel bad using the "primary
What's great about it: Makes sure I didn't forget something

Nightmare

I had to call support because it wouldn't link to my state return. Had to walk threw steps to download so it would correct the problem . Instead of getting done spent an extra 2 hours figuring out what was wrong and getting resolution. Leary about using it again. Please get the glitches out so customers don't have to.
What's great about it: I'm done with taxes
What's not so great: doesn't do local taxes
