Detailed tax prep

I have used turbo tax for years to prepare my taxes. Every time I have been pleased. The questions are simple and easy to understand. If I have questions, I am easily able to find the info I am looking for in the provided rationales.
What's great about it: asks all pertinent questions
What's not so great: none so far

I have used TurboTax for over 5 yrs now. Always get back the most can get for my status. I have used (other) preparations and done myself. Can not go wrong with TurboTax. Very satisfied customer.
What's great about it: Deluxe is the best way to go for single or family
What's not so great: Due to health laws, seems like a lot of questions.

A Consistent Good Experience

I've been using this software since 1998 and have had a positive experience each year. The program not only organizes and documents my tax year, but also helps me plan for the next tax year.
It is also open - I can look at the forms, change errors in the input, and basically lets me wander and see whatever I want with regard to the return.
The program provides pretty good training about the tax laws - pretty good, because sometimes I just don't understand the terminology.
With advent of E-File, it now makes it very convenient for filing. The incorporation of E-File feature allows the tax process to be turnkey - Input the information, check it over, and delivers it in one sitting.
What's great about it: Consistently good quality; Seldom any bugs, answers my questions.
What's not so great: No cons

Although my return was somewhat simple return made easy I would completely believe that any return would be easier if not easy.
