Excellent Experience with Turbo Tax

I have been a Turbo Tax user for many years. I love the convenience of completing my return in a paperless format with all calculations done for me. The ability to compare my entries from the previous year to insure that this year's entries are reasonable, is excellent. The software chose the Standard deduction based on Fed bottom line, but allowed me to override the choice, and choose the itemized deduction format to maximize my State return. The e-file feature for both Federal and State, with EFT used for both refunds and payment, is especially useful. Delaying payment of outstanding Federal taxes owed is another nice feature. I totally recommend this product.
What's great about it: Flexibility in walking you through the return or letting you take control

Ability to do multiple taxes.

I do taxes for mother and children and the ease using Turbo Tax for everyone is amazing. And the ability to send up to 5 taxes by e-file free really is the best. Since I have used Turbo Tax the last 5 years, all my prior information is automatically updates to the new year so it saves lots of time. I am retired and Turbo Tax walks my through all the 1099 forms that I receive. Thanks to Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Allowing up to 5 e-submits
What's not so great: None that I could not resolve myself

Makes tax prep easy

I've used TurboTax for many years. Every year it seems to just get better. The questions asked in each section help in making sure that you have considered everything. You just pull your information together, put it into TurboTax and you are done. It is quick, complete, and you have confidence that it is correct.
