Software didn't allow me to import last years tax form. That made everything much longer.

No complaints

Have used TurboTax for the past 8 years and have no complaints. It's easy to use, and since I've used the same laptop for the past few years it just carries on my info to the next tax return. Absolutely hassle free, information available if and when needed. And my parents just had bad experience with their tax person and will be using Turbotax next year since my husband and I have had such a good experience with it.
What's great about it: Easy to use

Love this product!!!!!!

Excellent product. Very easy to follow the questions. Ability to flag certain topics to return to at a later time. Love how it imports information from prior years, so I did not have to re-enter basic information.
What's great about it: quick, easy to enter information, quick efile, imports prior year informtion
What's not so great: charges to efile and state return file: would have liked to know, when entering tax preparation fees
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
