Needed to explain that although a 1095-B health care form was issued there really is no place to enter the data.
What's great about it: Very easy to use.

Quick and easy

I totally trust this software. It keeps me in the loop and I can actually understand almost everything. I am not a business-type person. The jury duty thing threw me, but hubby stepped in and saved the day. Only constructive criticism is: I'd like a nice big fat print button rather than a microscopic icon of an old-style printer. These days, I've got me an All-In-One Epson!
What's great about it: I learn about tax laws
What's not so great: Print button too small. Glad I have good eyes!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Overall a very good tool for doing your tax return oneself. One has to have the patience to take time with it.
What's great about it: The import of last year's Turbotax filed return
What's not so great: questions about various types of earned income could be even more specific

Made So Easy

Made it so easy to e-file both my federal and state returns. Like that it brought over a lot of my information from the previous year, although we didn't use their software.
Have used Turbo Tax in the past, messed up last year by using another software, but will continue using Turbo Tax in the future.

Difficult to know when and if Tax forms were actually submitted to Federal and State Income Tax Agencies. Where are the confirmations?
What's great about it: Step by step seems good
What's not so great: Very little follow through. Difficult to know and receive confirmation that tax forms were actually submitted.
