Not worth the money...offers no professional guida

Does not do a very good job of explaining things. I can't stand the formatting of the files. Makes it almost impossible to pull up prior years for review. Doesn't give you the ability to save as a Word doc. Every little thing requires an upgrade. All in all not very impressed.
What's great about it: Nothing
What's not so great: Not user friendly... even this review form is tedious!!!!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Been using TurboTax for quite some years. Tried the other guys - once - gave up and went back to TurboTax.

What's not so great: Advertisements say one free e-file state return and I always have to pay

Fed Great, State Not

The Federal portion was (as always,) great. The Vermont State forms are complicated and not at all intuitive. When asked to complete certain info, it would be better to be able to see the form to understand the question in context. We'll see what happens.
What's great about it: Walking thru is tops
What's not so great: VT State forms need more info

Taxes made Easy

We have been using Turbo Tax for a few years now and each year it is easier to use. The step by step instructions makes tax preparation so easy. They are always up to date on the latest changes with tax information from the IRS. They have excellent support services. I would highly recommend Turbo Tax.

I've used this for years. I've worked in an accounting office and still find this a great, economical, easy, accurate way to do taxes!
