Smooth and Friendly

I am well pleased for the way Intuit handled my 2015 Tax preparation process. I have used Turbo Tax for over 15 years and would not consider any other tax preparation software. I feel confident my taxes are done right. Thanks!

Super repeat of last Years!

I have used Turbo Tax for several years now. I'd like to see a Turbo Tax for Seniors. This way we'd know the questions are pertaining to seniors and not younger folks. It might help answer some of the questions faster, especially the elderly disabled and health care questions. Otherwise, I can't think of any other improvement...love being able to do taxes in the comfort of my own home. Turbo Tax is the Way to Go!!!
What's great about it: Once all my paper work is collected, it's a breeze. Doesn't seem to miss a step.
What's not so great: A little confusing on health care.

Smooth process

2016 process worked smoothly (as usual) except the program seemed confused by the state I live in. My state was listed as allowing a Per Prop Tax deduction but when I went to the screen to enter the amount of personal property taxes paid, it didn't seem to allow that entry????

Another Year Done!

I felt that you could use better definitions of certain wording: example "energy credit" was used but the word "rebate" was the word that would have made more sense and since your "ask question" didn't have the info I had to call the 800# again figure it out.
On a whole your program works very well. Let's just face it doing your taxes is just stressful because you're afraid of making a mistake!!

What's great about it: The auto roll over of personal info from previous year to this one
What's not so great: Had to call 800# for help on downloading 2015 even tho I had the disc
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Quick and Easy

I would definitely recommend this software.
What's great about it: Very fast and easy to plug in numbers
What's not so great: The only negative is I had to pay for the software lol
