Another successful return completed

I have been a loyal and satisfied customer for 16 years. NO BETTER WAY THAN WITH TURBO TAX!!
What's great about it: Easy upload from previous returns in Turbo Tax
What's not so great: none

Always a good experience

Only issue in years of turbo tax was this year.
When filling out boxes for monthly ACA premiums you have to explicitly fill out columns B & C even thought the amount was zero. In all other places if the amount is zero you can just leave it blank? I have a call into to Turbo-Tax, but then decided I wouldn't go fill in the blanks with zero's. . . problem solved. . . .this is not self evident anywhere. It just keeps taking you back to this form asking for numbers?? I quick note saying even if your 1095A has zeros in columns B & C you MUST fill in the zeros!!

Ease and a Breeze

As a long time user of Turbo Tax, I appreciate the integration of data and information from year to year. Although I can select the short path, I always take the "all the steps" approach. It allows me to see what is new and different for the current year taxes.
The only negative is when selecting updates to the software, there should be a timer showing the progress. They seem to take a long time.
What's great about it: I like the way it integrates with the previous year's data and information.
What's not so great: The updates take too long.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
