Turbo Tax is the easiest tax software to use. I've tried to use a different tax software and failed because the software was not user friendly. Turbo Tax walks you through all the steps and maximizes your refund. I tell everyone I know to use it :)

Awesome product, I use every year and easy to import.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate and gets me the most money!
What's not so great: No longer offers the Volunteer EMT or Firefighter credit....

Retirement/pensions questions regarding qualified plan, and taxable amount and required amount to take a little confusing.
What's great about it: Transfer info from previous year
What's not so great: Retirement questions hard to understand

Again, easy to use. Very detailed, but simple. For some reason, this years software did not pick up personal or bank information so we had to retype...
What's great about it: Easy to use, accurate
What's not so great: Did not pick up previous personal information though have used TurboTax for many years

Easy & Accurate As Usual!

I have used TurboTax for over 15 years without a problem. I am also a 20+ year Quicken customer and the coordination between the 2 software programs saves me lots of man-hours at this time of year. Thanks Intuit!!
What's great about it: Easy to follow steps; seemed more streamlined this year!
What's not so great: Just one time I'd like to get a Federal refund...just kidding, I know that's on me!!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Love the program, except for buying the CD, then still having to pay to E-file for state....other than that it's 5 star....
