Been Happy with Turbo Tax for many years

I have been using Turbo Tax for my taxes for years. Before that I did my taxes by hand myself, so I can see how MUCH easier Turbo Tax is. And I don't have to trust an outsider with my information. I like that you can start and stop, go back, etc so you don't have to do it all at the same time. And they will file it for you electronically for a quick refund. Help is available online or from a real person. Simple explanations are easy to see. And you always look at the actual IRS forms to see what you entered where.

worked, but had issues

it was easy to use because of the step-by-step instructions, but i had some trouble when i went to file my taxes and the links to "pay with credit card" weren't working properly.
What's great about it: step-by-step instructions, easy, quick

What's not so great: Some areas could use "NO" if not applicable to continue to next area.

I've used Turbo tax for the last 3 years and it is the easiest way to file. Why pay someone hundreds of your hard earned dollars to do what you can do in an hour or two yourself.
Easy step by step and they double check everything for you...

What's great about it: They transfer last years info automaticly, import this years w-2's with just a few clicks. EASY step by step instruction
What's not so great: None.

I have used TurboTax for years and each year it seems to be easier to file. I love that the program asks all the questions as trying to file using the IRS forms with the verbage on the forms made that method a headache.
What's great about it: easy to understand and easy to move around the program
What's not so great: none
