finally gave up trying to print state return to mail in. So I Efiled, but really did not want to.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: difficult to find how to print state returns for mailing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have been a Turbo Tax user for many years. Turbo Tax has always been a reliable tax return program. You make my tax return file a breeze.
What's great about it: Easy to use, accurate calculation, dependable tax program

TURBO TAX IS EASY AND FAST TO USE, NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY, WILL SAVE YOU TIME AND MONEY IF YOU PREPARE YOURSELF WITH TURBO TAX, ONE OF THE BEST SOFTWARE I HAVE EVER USED.

General Topic Filling Out Turbo Tax

There could be a better guide of what used and reported with the past use of Turbo Tax and the new requirements. This would also be a good guide if new topics are selected for the current years return.
What's great about it: Review of topics from previous years
What's not so great: No difference between this years new requirements and last (previous) years reported.

They seem to change the outline every year. This year was better than last but previous years seemed easier. Its a tough job trying to figure out the IRS but they do a good job of making it easier for us mere mortals.
What's great about it: step by step instructions
What's not so great: went back to start a couple of times instead of picking up where I left off
