First timer user and I was very impressed with how simple it was to use. The instructions were easy to follow and well thought out. I really like the way TurboTax puts everything together based on the information you provided. I wish I had used this years ago.

I'll continue to use TurboTax
What's great about it: Basically pretty straightforward
What's not so great: Employee business expenses were a bit challenging to navigate
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Excellent system for someone who is not a very sophisticated computer user.
Make sure you have all of your documentation, and it will be a breeze to complete.
What's great about it: simple, quick, as long as you have the information. Easier to use if you have all your forms.

Great Tax Program

The portion for ordering for next year was not clear as to whether I have to request a program for 2016 or not or not. Once the program started I had a hard time getting out of it.
What's great about it: Siumple and easy to figure tax
What's not so great: The ordering system seems flawed for ordering for next year
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy to use tax program

I have used Turbo tax for 20 years and used it to file my family members taxes. It is easy to use and once you have used it importing the previous years info makes your taxes very easy and quick to do. A very satisfied customer

I have been a Turbo Tax customer for years and have always had the best returns. I tried H&R Block just to see and I had a bigger return thru Turbo Tax. Loyal customer for life here... Highly recommended to others I know as well.
