Worth Every Penny

This was a fast and easy way to file my taxes. I think it only took a couple of hours to complete. My taxes are not very difficult so that may affect the timing a little.
What's great about it: I think there are too many pros to list
What's not so great: none that I am aware of.

I've been using Turbo Tax for years because of it's simplicity and accuracy. I tried to use another tax preparation package 1 year and wasn't too impressed.
What's great about it: Very easy to use. Can double check yourself by ref. prior year return.

I find that doing my taxes using Turbo Tax software is quick, easy, confidential, and a lot less expensive than going to the leading tax preparation places to do what I can do myself. Turbo Tax walked me through the process from beginning to end. I've been using Turbo Tax for several years and I don't see myself using any other service. I've recommended Turbo Tax to EVERYONE I know.

What's great about it: Easy, Step by step, Covers everything, no complications
What's not so great: Could make the same answers to similar questions auto fill.

I have been using Turbo Tax ever since retiring from a CPA firm twenty years ago. Prior to retiring I worked as an accountant for twenty-five years. I have been able to be confident in what Turbo Tax provides.
What's great about it: Quick and fast filing

Need to fix bug loop in Healthcare section

Maybe they will fix it soon but so far you can get stuck where it says you need to complete the healthcare section even though you have completed it. Fix this bug and the software would get a better rating.

Turbo Tax ROCKS!
My concern is that every years we find additional cost added on to filing procedure. Other companies are advertising free State filing in addition to the normal Federal free filing.

Turbo Tax is clearly the leader in this field, become pro active and offer reasonable perks to keep your long term customers because if you don't we will look at other providers.
What's great about it: Carry over from previous years
What's not so great: Charge fo State filing
