It took me awhile, but at 78 I finally got it.

I do not have a printer connected to this computer, so I want my forms as a pdf file so I can print on another computer.
What's great about it: You ask all the right questions.
What's not so great: Getting the forms printed for my files.

TURBO TAX UPDATE FINISHES AN UPDATE WITH A STATEMENT " CONTINUE TO TAX FILE", BUT NEVER DOES. HAVE TO RESTART PROGRAM FROM SHORTCUT ON HOME SCREEN, EVERYTIME?

Difficult to navigate

I had a very difficult time with your the rep, I wanted to change my password. I was not getting any were and gave up. It was then I got an e-mail from support telling me ho to make the change. Now I would like to file my return. My credit card has been charged already, but it keeps asking me to enter that info. I am ready to file but it seems it insists that I complete that info before I can do it. I all the time I have been using Turbo-Tax, this has been the most frusterating filling I have encountered.
What's great about it: This has been a good tax form before, very easy to navigate.
What's not so great: I am trying to file my return and it keeps asking for my cerdit card info, My card has already been charged, I want to f

Great program

Thanks to whoever developed this program. As an 8th grade civics teacher years ago I taught my students how to do a complete 1040, deductions and all. This would have made it a lot easier:)
What's great about it: clear, thorough, easy to maneuver
