Quick and Easy

After up and moving across the country I was faced with filing my tax return by myself for the first time. TurboTax made this a smooth and easy transaction! I was scared but now I just feel relieved. Not only was I able to get everything done quickly (especially when they imported my employer W-2's! and I didn't have to manually enter everything!!!) but when it was all done I was able e-file and save myself weeks of waiting and worrying that something may have gotten lost in the mail! There were very few times where I got a little confused (lots of over thinking on my part) but only twice where I had a question that didn't have an immediate link telling me exactly what I wanted to know. Over all this is an excellent product and it really doesn't get any easier than TurboTax!
What's great about it: I loved how quick it was to get it all done!
What's not so great: There were *very* few things that could have been explained but weren't

Even found an extra medical deduction for my spouse from this year on, due to her declining health. Plus figures the Federal Pension deduction on our Oregon taxes correctly every year.
What's great about it: Looks for all the odd deductions, including state and Federal

Really like Turbo tax program

Great Product. The instructions issued in preparation of the Tax Returns are easy to understand, and they guide you through the process very efficiently. The questioning as you proceed through the process are very helpful and avoid missing significant information.

This doing the income taxes has gone from a sheer agony event to a simple interview with the Turbo Tax program. Whewww. And the speed with which I will get my refund will help me to meet upcoming expenses in a responsible way. Thank you , Turbo Tax people!
What's great about it: I thoroughly liked how easy it all was. The questions asked me made the whole ordeal of doing taxes into bitesize piece

Great Customer Service

I bought the physical CD. It's really thin and I cracked it taking it out of the case. Intuit was great in getting me a replacement quickly and at no cost. Thanks!
