Very easy to use it allows to prepare taxes at your own pace. Stop and continue on another time. It cant get any easier.

So Easy and quick

So easy. It takes away the pain of doing taxes by hand. Also, it goes step by step to make sure you didn't miss anything. Why wouldn't you use this?
What's great about it: Easy, quick, excellent refund
What's not so great: Nothing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

The program ask a lot of questions which you to place credits and deductions n proper area.
What's great about it: Fast, easy, & painless.
What's not so great: Have last years tax info ready befre you start
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

quick and easy

I like using turbo tax because it walks you though the entire process making sure you don't miss anything. It also checks to make sure everything was done accurately. I also like how you can e-file or print and mail.

Overall - good!
What's not so great: No mailing instructions for the Federal return printed. Had to find mailing address elsewhere!
