very civilized way to do taxes

after the disaster of HRBlock (their error lowered refund by several 000s of $) was good with Turbo. Liked yr to yr comparisons; for charitable donations, maybe just offer list of orgs from previous yr with $0 to avoid errors; convenient to have fed/state as one package; all round a very civilized way to do taxes - although I haven't gotten my refund yet so we shall see.
What's great about it: after a little experience, the system works well
What's not so great: not so easy to see all details of return
