Easy and Straight Forward

I've used TurboTax for many years. When I had a complicated return I sometimes had difficulty with the program but now that I'm retired and don't any longer have a complicated return I find it easy to use. I believe that, even if I had a complicated return the newer functions of the program would make it a snap. I'll continue to use it in future.

What's great about it: Filed my taxess at the last minute after filing fo extension.

great difficulty in being able to e-file, but customer service (Thomas?) with great knowledge and patience got the problem resolved.
under other expenses of employment not reimbursed, only teacher option would come up. only got fixed because the review found my answer as a mistake and allowed nurse expenses required by the employer to be listed

in general things were ok, but still woefully hesitant about changes being made that force buying a higher priced software.
What's great about it: customer service, very patient, very knowlegable, Type of person i would like to hire
What's not so great: some confusing roadblocks, but error review found what i had wanted to enter even though the program never took me there

Got the job done!

I use Turbo Tax every year. Was surprised my information did not carry over this year but otherwise I am very pleased and thankful for having such a helpful program when I am preparing my taxes.
What's great about it: search was helpful
What's not so great: sometimes the check for errors was not always correct

I've been using Turbo for thirty years. I love the way it guides and checks your entries. Keep up the good work.
