Worth its Weight in Gold

I have used TurboTax since the MacInTax days. I find the product to be thorough, reliable and well worth the money. I highly recommend this to anyone needing to do their taxes.
What's great about it: Thorough, easy to use and the "walk-through" is very helpful.
What's not so great: Sometimes wish I could speak to someone.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Several Problems

Gave up trying to get 3 Foreign Tax on Dividends on Form 1116 since I was not filing Schedule A for Federal. Difficult to get Schedule A correct for Kentucky only since State Tax or Sales tax are not deductible for KY. Difficult to get K-1 for Boston Capital on the form, but better than before. I have used
Turbo Tax for many years.

Powerful Tax Tool

Can be used as a quick and dirty means or as thoughtful and detailed analytical tool for accomplishing a most painful task we all face once or more a year. Does the job for me!
What's great about it: Varied levels of help and assistance ON and OFF Line.
What's not so great: None this year.
