I thought the software handling of medical insurance expense was confusing when you pay multiple premiums - both marketplace and private insurance. Need to simplify.
What's great about it: basically easy to navigate. Have beenusing the software for many years so no suprises.

Been using Turbo Tax for years. love the easy data transfers, simple explanations, community help and ability to either get a detailed walk through for all income an expenses or for more experienced preparers work on specific topics.

I've used Turbo Tax Deluxe (& Business) for many years & this is the BEST version yet. I especially like the import feature from It's Deductible because we had LOTS of item donations as a result of downsizing to a much smaller home.
Also really like the greatly simplified procedure for e-filing.
The purchase price for your software is money well spent.

Wonderful aid!!!

TurboTax helps explore all possible ways of reducing your taxes. While I do not have a complicated return, I almost always find that TurboTax asks me about things I either didn't know about or had forgotten about. It helps to get the best refund possible. Each year it gets better and better!

Messed up Foreign income and Filing

We have been happy with TurboTax in the past but this year it made a complete mess of our foreign income. Then it charged us for state e-file when it was going to fail because federal was already rejected. It was a really bad experience.
What's great about it: Has worked well every year until now

Excelent software

I have used this software for the last 10 years and never had any problem with it. I always got my refunds and the correct amount that I had to pay when I had to pay.
I recommend TurboTax to anybody, no matter how complicated their tax situation seems to be.
