Great as always

I have used Turbo tax for many years. When I was a CPA in a CPA firm, when I was a CFO and now that I am retired. They are always up to date, easy to complete and as accurate as I have found. I have never had an issue or audit in the 30+ years I have used it.
What's great about it: Easy, fast, able to review and edit just what you need to.
What's not so great: Pushed a bit hard to add the state tax return - Tennessee does not have a state filing unless you have a ton of dividend

EXHAUSTING BUT WORTH IT

I LIKED THE FACT THAT EACH STEP WAS CLEARLY DETAILED WHICH MADE IT SO MUCH EASIER TO FILE. I LIKED THE FACT THAT THERE WERE ALSO SUGGESTIONS ON THE BEST WAY TO FILE IN ORDER TO MAXIMIZE REFUND. TRANSFERRING OF FEDERAL TAX INFO TO STATE TAX REFUND INFO WAS ALSO INCREDIBLE. PROCESS TOOK A LITTLE TOO LONG FOR MY ATTENTION SPAN.
What's great about it: DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS ON INFORMATION NEEDED
What's not so great: LENGTHY PROCESS

NICE, EASY AND CONSTANT FLOW OF EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO PUT IN A TAX RETURN. IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING IT WILL ASSIST YOU.
What's great about it: EASY
What's not so great: NO HELP AFTER SEASON
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Difficulties

There are a few suggestions:
First, there was some problem with the prior year tax files that precluded my transferring prior year data. I spent hours on the phone with the help staff to no avail. Not really sure why my prior year files were destroyed BUT it would be helpful if there was another save file option such that files could be saved on a flat drive.
Second, for those of that contribute to many charities it would be helpful to simplify the input requirement.

Like winning a tiny lottery!

TurboTax is very thorough and well structured. It will take you through every step needed to complete your return and maximize your refund. You can go through every step in order or skip around if that's more convenient. You can get started, save the return and come back any time. And it's easy to enter placeholders or estimates to get an idea of what your refund might be, then come back with the real numbers when you're ready.
BUT - it's only as good as your record-keeping. Start a folder now and start putting key information in it, or make notes on the folder where to find things.
What's great about it: Complete, well structured, lots of help available and error corrections at the end.
What's not so great: None really -

Turbo Tax errors

TurboTax generates forms with errors that are uncorrectable which prevents e-filing. The forms when reviewed all have CORRECT INFORMATION. The review process requests changes that are not correct and blocks e-filing.
