No so sure

I felt like I am receiving much less than I have had in previous years. I may have my return looked at by a professional to see where I may have missed some deductible items. The refund calculator dropped significantly when I finished the community property info without a great deal of explanation of why.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: did not feel like I was offered all avaiable deduction data

Very helpful

I was able to complete my taxes in less than two hours. The hints were helpful. I felt better seeing what parts I had updated and what areas I still needed to complete. It was easy to go back and add anything I skipped or forgot. Before electronic software and filing, I remember my parent, and then myself, doing taxes for days and days and the stress we went through filling out all the papers and going back and forth from line to line. I am thankful I now have Turbotax to help me get my return completed faster and without errors.
What's great about it: The software was easy to follow. It included helpful hints. The language was simple to understand. :)
What's not so great: nothing

Thanks for making what could be a difficult process quite easy. The step-by-step process is very nice. Thank you.
PS My only problem is I started a file of my 2016 deductions and now can't find the file. Guess my 85 years has caught up to me.
What's great about it: step by step made it very easy for a novice to file

I have used turbo tax for 15 years. I am extremely pleased with the product. Each year, the product becomes more efficient for use.
