Loving this TurboTax program. Awesome!

Just did my 2013 taxes (yes, it's 2016) and I live in another state now than I did then. That didn't matter to TurboTax, they had ALL of the info I needed to get my stuff filed. Couldn't e-file, of course, but no problem. Print it out and mail it in, I am good to go! Thank you Turbo Tax!!!
What's great about it: Just plug in your numbers. They guide you through all the info step by step!
What's not so great: None for 2013

I love this product, have done for years. Each year it gets easier to use. I would and have recommended this product to many friends and family. I love that you changed the program so you are not required to sit through every question.

What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: no cons
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great Experience

I tried it out last year and discovered that is would save me "oodles of time." Since then I have become a big fan of Turbo Tax. You make filing so easy.
Great job and thank you.
What's great about it: Very easy to use
What's not so great: Had to go back to do own valuing when charitable site did not include cans of cat food.

I am usually pressed for time, so this is a gr8 tool; been using it for over 20 years!!!

I thought my taxes were filed in February, but apparently not. I have been using Turbo Tax for years without any issues. Recommended to many people. But it seems to be less user friendly to use and if I didn't complete all the steps to file in February, then it's because of all the hoops we have to jump through. Hopefully, i will still get my return this year even though it is going in so late.

Initially Unhappy!!

Had a smooth progress bar problem. Mad as a wet hen. Fumed for two days. Bit the bullet and called for help. Help great. Talked to a real nice lady who walked me through a bunch of stuff, helped me make a few decisions, and bing, bang, boom my files were sent. Very pleasant experience. Couldn't be happier.
What's great about it: Over the phone service was excellent!!
What's not so great: Had to call. Don't know why but experience was wonderful!

Turbo Tax Deluxe Easy to Use

I have used Turbo since 2002 and have never had any issues with the software or a tax return. Always works well and asks questions relative to my situation.
Returns have been transmitted timely and have all been accepted without issue but the IRS
