Some Issues

Over all I like Turbo tax and will continue to use it. I do get really frustrated that entering an identity theft pin requires special instructions, external to the form process, and returning to what I think of as a completed filing before I can submit it.
I am also unhappy with the challenges to submitting a paper filing for state returns. I am not interested in spending part of my return to file electronically and it is simply adding insult to injury if I need to pay taxes. However I have to do this bizarre work around to get the forms needed to send a paper return. VERY FRUSTRATING.
What's great about it: Mostly easy to use, clear instructions
What's not so great: Entering Identity theft pin numbers is a very difficult process.

too many problems

Here is an example that made me waste a significant amount of time to no avail. In spite of having my Turbox Tax 2014 return on the same computer, I could not get the 2015 version to automatically copy relevant 2014 data.
What's not so great: could not use info from 2014

too much paper wasted

Please , no need to print out exact duplicates of every 1099, or charitable donation.
Would be great if there was a way to attach a supplemental schedule (to tie multiple 1099-b's to the Sch. D, etc.)
Hate that to edit a k-1 you have to go through everything and recheck the boxes again.
What's great about it: manages all my income
What's not so great: spits out paper by the treeload

Amending a return

I attempted for two hours to figure out how to file an amended return. The only option I was given was to "ask the community". The instructions I found there did not work. And I had no other alternative other than to ask the community again. There is no phone number or chat option to ask someone with Intuit. So basically I printed the entire updated return. Then went to the IRS and state of Minnesota to download a form 1040X and M-1X to fill out manually, and hopefully I did that correctly, and then I mailed it.
What's great about it: There are none.
What's not so great: The instructions for amending a return sucked and did not work.

Recommendations
1. Make it easier to print out some or all of the related forms.
2. Since I have to file by mail, where should I mail the tax return? What is the address of the IRS location?
3. Allow the use to review any part of the return when wanted. It appears the user must start at the beginning and walk through all of the documents to reach the one of interest. Instead allow the user to access any document at any time in an easier way.
What's great about it: Very easy to use. Reference information was easy to access
What's not so great: Because of some forms I have to mail by snail mail. Where do I mail the return?
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments, I moved

Easy to use and get refund

Being able to enter detailed info for charities, doctors, etc very helpful. Problem with all the various way of entering.. finally resolved with HELP
What's great about it: detaild entry for charities, etc
What's not so great: reporting stock transactions :o(
