Easiest Filing Ever

Very easy to do my our taxes in a short period of time. I'm also going to take advantage of Mint this year and see if it will make gathering tax related items easier. I liked the suggestion that was automatically provided for it.
What's great about it: Love the way Turbo Tax guides you through the deductions
What's not so great: I really didn't find any.

What's not so great: Should accommodate non US phone numbers etc

i just realized when I never got a text back from the IRS they never got my taxes when I e filed them 4/10/16. I hope I don't get charged a penalty for being late since I don't owe any money. I went to the IRS in Bakersfield 5/16/16 to talk to them and their computers were down, so they couldn't look anything up for me. I couldn't find Turbo Tax number to call and see why they weren't filed.
Anything you can do to help me with this would be appreciated. I thought I submitted both taxes on 4/10/16 and was shocked when I never got my return back by May 17. I just checked yesterday and realized after I went to the IRS they were never filed.

This software is excellent. I have experienced zero problems with filing several years taxes through TurboTax.
What's great about it: Description links to teach me easily.
What's not so great: Not being able to see previous entries when adding rows.

HORRIBLE!!!!!

Completed everything, filed electronically was not notified return was rejected and only just learn about it when they was not a charge on my credit card bill. I am furious and very frightened right now. I had given credit card information and felt I had completed my 2015 tax responsibilities. I have spent hours trying to recover my forms.
What's great about it: Used in past successfully on internet. Bought Tubotax Deluxe serious problems
What's not so great: Was not notified that my return was rejected.

More Military then Railroad Employee's?

It has been asking are you a Railroad employee when I was younger or the fact my Pension is not listed as a choice and should since we serve all around the World and there are many more of us Veterans than Railroad employees..
