Not Happy

I followed every step to complete my taxes on my own. i even printed out a copy when it told me to print. Only one small problem… somehow I missed the whole e-filing button! Not happy at all! There should be a warning or some type of way to know. I have been wondering where my taxes are and checked the Federal sight today to find out I never submitted 2015 taxes. So now 23 days past due I submitted my taxes! I will be fined!!
What's great about it: Saved info from last year
What's not so great: I completed my tax returns but didn't realize they were never efiled

Very easy to use, asks pertinent questions to help you complete an accurate form.
What's great about it: comprehensive, easy to edit, complete

Have used TurboTax for years now and would not consider another program.

Turbo tax for the most part 90% is very good, the additional charge for one additional state is not.
What's great about it: Simplicity
What's not so great: Additional amount for added state more than cd cost originally

This is my 4th year of using Turbo Tax. It's easy to use and the program covers all situations. If you can't find where to enter financial information, you have various ways to find out. Just ask. You can even talk to a real person. I will keep using it.
What's great about it: Easy to understand
What's not so great: Could not find where to enter paid out-of-state sales tax
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Over 14 years completing State & Fed Taxes using Turbo-Tax Deluxe.. Always very pleased with the process, tip, OPPS cant do that, lets try this, statements etc as you are answering questions and pressing continue. I always learn more each year. The were times when I was going tom just fill out the manual forms and skip purchasing the Turbo-tax software. But the pessimist in me said WHAT IF I don't understand or miss something new. Or worse, claim something not authorized, or math errs etc. So that year I filled out a manual paper version and red the IRS instructions. The I started plunging them into Turbo-tax (cause I chickened out) good thing.I missed some big deductions for home improvement materiel's. I am cheap and don't like spending money on something I can do myself. However, simplicity and peace of mind are definitely well worth the cost I have paid over the years for Turbo-tax. I James m Townsend Highly recommend Turbo-tax deluxe to anyone making over $25,000 before taxes.
What's great about it: Donation Deduction Tool; Ability to have every IRS form line item explained as you get to each line
What's not so great: Getting prior year information when you have downloaded CD.

Quick as a Whip!

So nice to be able to be in your home, not have to pay anyone and be able to file when I am ready. Nice to not have to plan and schedule. I can do it in my PJ"s if I want to.
What's great about it: Quick and Easy
What's not so great: Takes awhile to download
