I was able to import my W-2 from my employer which made it very quick and easy to use.
What's great about it: The program takes you through step by step.

Excellent product. It would be great if there was a more seamless tie to Fed/State information or historical information.
What's great about it: Very easy to use
What's not so great: Not enough detail or seamless tracking to necessary details in some areas.

Things I Hate

I ALSO HATE THAT i HAVE TO PRINT WORKSHEETS WHEN I DON'T NEED THEM
also I hate the way to access It's Deductible. It should be through the program, like a link to open it. Your web site also has this link buried some where where it is impossible to find,
I also hate that I have to put a name in the nickname box of this review. My name is irrelevant to this review.
What's not so great: The Pop up Screen at the beginning that alerts me to not only updates but then again wants my info on the second pop up.

Although I obtained a PIIN when I supposedly filed in the second week in March, 2016, there was no record of receipt by IRS.

Refund Haven

Overall it was easy. Fast. Will continue to use in the future. Wish that the program installed with the update instead of me having to cancel out numerous times and restart the computer. Also wish you could click through all of the deductions instead of having to go back and find where you left off each time you answer.
What's great about it: Fast and simple to use. I love the clicklble links when I don't understand whats being asked.
What's not so great: I had an issue with getting state to download. Then the entire program needed to update 30 minutes after I installed.

Easty to use, but beware the add-on costs

I feel the cost to install an additional state (almost fifty) and download one additional state (thirty) are excessive. The cost for the additional state software was almost as much as I paid for TurboTax itself.
What's great about it: Ease of use, good integration across federal and states
What's not so great: Excessive cost of add-ons
