Best Ever Turbo Tax since 1999

I;ve used Turbo Tax since 1999. Never had any major problems. Best of all not adding errors.
What's great about it: Walks you through everything and great help.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this product. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone! It was a great experience.

So-so

This is not a product to be used by those unfamiliar with TurboTax and/or with tax form completion in general. The help topics are not particularly clear. Moving back and forth between views can be confusing.
One issue that was particularly annoying pertained to printing and saving PDFs of the documents. When all I wanted print/save were state documents, the check box for federal documents kept re-checking by default every time I moved from one screen to another. Why?

Forgot to file

I have used Turbo Tax Deluxe for over 20 years and found it easy and fast (for me) until this year.
Still easy & fast but somehow the filing screen led me to believe that I had filed (submitted both state & federal forms) when I had not.
To my shock when I looked for my refund on 4/24 it was not there.

Went back to Turbo Tax and it indicated I had not filed.
Turbo Tax needs to alert preparers that the filing is not complete somehow or improve there product.
I will only recommend Turbo Tax with a caution from now on.
What's great about it: Simple & easy
What's not so great: A need for prompt reminders to file taxes

Better this year

Look, no one likes doing taxes, but we all have too. Of the options out there, I think this is the best. It's as easy as it can be, and it even gets better if you keep using it (it remembers the previous years and saves data entry time).
Taxes aren't fun - but TurboTax is the best.
What's great about it: intuitive
What's not so great: Well, you are using it to fill out tax paperwork
