Comparing 2015 Turbo Tax to previous years

Unlike the previous years 2015 Turbo Tax software was frustrating and unpleasant. The form 8949 was generated and may have been sent electronically, but the instruction sheet indicated that the form had to be mailed to the IRS. Several users commented and complained about the need to mail the form 8453 with 8949 as an attachment since they were filing their returns electronically. The answers I found on your site were not sufficient to decide one way or another.
I will not use your product in the future since it is no longer superior to software from other organizations.
What's great about it: None
What's not so great: Form 8453 to also include form 8949

worked last year - not so easy this year

I spent an hour looking for forms and when I did find it, I was not sure when entering if ti went to the 1040 ... I found quick zoom but could not find how it worked except to open the same form I was already on. I spent about 20 hours and ended really burned up at work.
I mailed 6000 to the Federal gov and now am wondering what I should do about the money I owe the State. I doubt I charged it to Turbo Tax or my credit card so my next call is to the State Tax Department.
What's great about it: Mostly the same as before.
What's not so great: forms hard to find , quick zoom confusing,
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Another easy filing!

If you have all of your family wage and deduction information together, filing takes no more than an hour with this program. I am satisfied year to year with TurboTax and how easy it makes filing my sometimes complicated taxes.
What's great about it: Ease of filing.
What's not so great: No complaints at all.

Delayed my filing

I have used this program for many years without any problems, but both my federal and state returns were rejected
this time-- more than twice. Even now I am not sure if the returns will be accepted.

deluxe verus primter

i had to call so I could use the deluxe for our finicals but have had problems printing the estimate vouchers. We may look into other programs for next year as we have used turbotax for over 25 years and like how it is easy most of the time

Your stupid software, didn't e-mail my return, as I thought it had!! I realized something was wrong today, and checked to make sure; I emailed it today. It's two days late. Thanks a lot!!!!!
Your software isn't that easy to download and use. I'm hoping another company will jump into the action, and come up with a more reliable product.
