I got the notice that my dates were over 365 days. I couldn't double click on the field & go back in the document in order to fill in a "correct date" and it didn't tell me where to go. Because I didn't correct this "mistake" I couldn't file electronically. The lateness is not your concern, but it was very frustrating. When I looked it up in help -- there were many others that had had this same issue a long time ago I got an update yesterday before finishing up on my taxes and it wasn't fixed. Very unfortunate since I've used turbo tax for many years and have never had a problem.
What's not so great: Programming error in system

Use it every year and I get done with few or no issues. Easy to follow as long as you have and line up your forms received from sources of income and qualifying bills.
What's great about it: Intuitive and complete and easy to folllow.
What's not so great: Cannot think of ANY!

What's great about it: Took all of the "worried thinking" & and made it easy-peasy!
What's not so great: I was initially being charged incorrectly, called the help line & all done!

THERE NEEDS TO BE A CONTACT PHONE NUMBER WHEN A PERSON HAS TROUBLE WITH THE PROGRAM.
What's great about it: FAIRLY FAST
What's not so great: ONE NEED TO DOUBLE CHECK IT TO MAKE SURE IT IS SENT.

I owed but I still love Turbo Tax

I've been a Turbo Tax user for many years. Hands down the best thing since sliced bread!
What's great about it: Very user friendly
What's not so great: none that I'm aware
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Extremely Unhappy

Disallowed my efforts to file extension. Said I would receive the proper form in my E-mail thus was never sent. Getting too late to mail on time. Next day (Apr. 19th) a different format came up that wasn't there. Then no problem completing today. Used Turbo-Tax for prior year returns with no problems.
What's not so great: Made my return late

What's great about it: easy, keeps getting better, affordable
What's not so great: taxes are too complicated, endless fine print on endless screens at the end
