What's great about it: much easier w/ better explanations
What's not so great: helpful to be able to opt out of a selection -- one instance i couldn't change my mind completely

Terrible This Year

It was so frustrating to get Turbo Tax to work this year. Been using for several years but this year was terrible! The updates wouldn't work. I have a strong wireless connection but it wouldn't work until I hunted down a wire. That is ridiculous. A window would pop up saying it had 9 minutes to download, then nothing would happen.
What's great about it: Easy to Fill out form
What's not so great: Updates Impossible to get to work

Should have continue button on same side of screen as where answers are checked
Too slow to install, load, launch, and update. Never has been this slow.
What's great about it: Just answer questions
What's not so great: too slow to load, launch, update. Took over an hour
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have been using TurboTax for over 10 years and appreciate the ease and simplicity of use. My entire household is able to use the program for less than going to a tax preparer.

Best tax product on the market!

TurboTax has always been a very user friendly product which is why we continue to buy it year after year. Knowing that the information we enter will be analyzed, and that TurboTax will give us the best result leaves us with a sense of satisfaction and trust.
What's great about it: User friendly.
What's not so great: Tax refund not guaranteed.

It;s easy to follow and work through. You can go back to revise at any time.
When I checked the forms I found that though I had indicated that I had health coverage all year, the health form had neither box marked and below all the months had an X indicating that I was not covered.
