TT comes through again

I've been a TT client/customer for nearly 20 years now, and the software and service just keep getting better. A thorough walkthrough of nearly all income and expense situations and life events not only makes the self-service a breeze, but I learn new things every tax year. I've got a couple ideas for you TT, if you're interested in expanding your range of assistance!

What's great about it: Cost effective, thorough, informative, easy to follow
What's not so great: HSA still not clear, can take more time than anticipated

Rental Income

I think that it would be better if it allowed you to enter two renl incomes for Schedule c
What's great about it: Good chart of account for rental income
What's not so great: extremely difficult to figure how to enter two rental properties

What's great about it: Can help someone who knows nothing about taxes.
What's not so great: If you do know something about tax returns, turbo tax does not let you do yourbown thing. It guides you through too many

I have used you for a number of years and my frustration this year was close to causing me to drop you.
What's great about it: gets you thru taxes fairly quickly
What's not so great: Give not place where ndgitive number can be entered

Easy Taxes

Overall great! Only challenge with one AZ form.
What's great about it: Great Interviews - walk you through it all
What's not so great: AZ Capital gains/losses wksht doesn't get completed automatically.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
