The program is great for the most part, I found trying to get back to an existing section to make changes a bit difficult.
Other than the one comment, Turbo Tax is great.

What's great about it: It's the easiest program I ever used
What's not so great: The only issue is trying to get back to make changes
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

What's great about it: Overall I like Turbo Tax
What's not so great: I think asking another $30 To Transmit the File to the STATE Seems Penny Ante to me.

Amazing Product

I found the program to be both complete and met all my needs. However, this is a new PC and have had multiple difficulties when getting to the old files from the new application. Could be my error, too.
What's great about it: Ease of Use and Quite Complete
What's not so great: Slow and difficult when changing to a new machine

Easy way to do taxes when you don't have a lot of itemized deductions - I don't have any experience with really complicated returns.
What's great about it: Easily references issues from previous returns
What's not so great: doesn't let you print the receipt pages from paying for filing state refunds. Screen shot is necessary

Health care blip almost cost me 1000s

I was experimenting with changing my dependents to see which would give me and my ex the best tax write off...WARNING. You MUST skip to the health care section and re answer the questions which changing dependents or it can cost you 1000's due to ObamaCare penalty. Should have a pop up when you change dependent to re-visit healthcare section which is in a completely different place.
What's great about it: Familiar
What's not so great: Need to have warning about heath care penalty
