Under the Wire!!

Very easy to use. Convenient options: 1) cut to the chase by making specific selections or 2) browse an entire section then choose what applies. I regret waiting so long to start e-filing!!!
What's great about it: Easy, Step-by-Step Instructions & Even More Helpful Pop Ups
What's not so great: Not able to go back to and print the Transmit Complete confirmation page after clicking beyond that page.

Good but could be Excellent

I have use Turbo Tax for decades and this is the first time I found something disappointing. Having to do "mock" filing single returns to do a partial resident for another state. Sure if Turbo Tax can master the tax code, they can incorporate this into the software. I hope to see this next year. Otherwise, excellent.
What's great about it: Step-by-step, Ease of use, simple
What's not so great: Having to create "mock" filing separates for partial out of state return

I have been using Turbo Tax since it debuted. Every year it has improved and become easier to use. As a tax lawyer I heartily recommend it. It is the best.

Takes all guess work out of it

This is a most convenient method of taking care of taxes and making sure all questions and items are addressed. It keeps me from forgetting to include some things. It does a great job of trying to clarify everything.
What's great about it: Convenient and organized
What's not so great: Not a real problem, but wish it would tell me what papers to have ready in the order needed - before beginning process.
