Turbo Tax help and malware find

I was having trouble figuring out a tax question and went to on-line support. The first technician found malware that was preventing him from assisting. He quickly turned me over to another technician. To make a long story short, my computer and backup drives were "cleaned" of malware, and he correctly answered the tax question I originally had. I finished my tax return and sent it in before the April 18th deadline. Done...no worries.
What's great about it: Support tech found malware on my computer
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Its Deductible Huge help

Great help , asked all the right questions to guide me and helped once my state rejected my return for wrong dates entered.

Easy to use!!

I have used it every year since 2002 and will use it for many years to come. The ease of navigating every section is amazing. If you have any questions if you can qualify for a deduction there is a place to click on to explain if you do in plain English which is so easy to understand. Buy and use it you will love it too!!!
What's great about it: Very easy to navigate and understand.
What's not so great: Fees are a bit high!!

Easy to use

Very user friendly. For itemized deductions, the program took me through 10 categories so I would not forget one. Each year it seems to get easier to navigate. My only problem was printing a receipt for the audit service.
What's great about it: Retrieved info from previous year and walked me through the process
What's not so great: Had trouble printing

Smooth return with TurboTax

Each year, I use TurboTax to do my taxes. All in all, it is always a painless process. I like that it pulls in last year's data to use to help eliminate re-entering data.
I had one issue this year that I caugjht before I filed. I had imported my 1099-DIV, and for some reason (I think I imported twice) it duplicated the entries. Even if I had accidentally imported twice from the same bank, it would have been nice if it would have warned me that there were two identical 1099-DIV's entered.
Other than that, smooth and painless as always.

What's great about it: I really like the Wizard that steps you through all of the typical questions
What's not so great: Took me forever to find a nick name that no one else had used to submit this.

What's great about it: Easy to use the follow me or the "select my form". Easy to return to a section later
What's not so great: Filing State form (NC) was weird. I wasn't sure what to do. No comparison of tax history as in years past.

Easy to Use and Painless (Until the Payment Part)

I have used TurboTax for many years and am thankful for the ease of use. Any question that may come up is answered through the application or through being directed to the specific IRS document.
What's great about it: Easy to follow with complete instructions
What's not so great: First time to save document is a little tricky
