Breaking Even Is The Game

I have been using turbo tax for 7 years and filing taxes this way is the way to go.
What's great about it: Very easy to use

What's not so great: It is still a complicated Fed tax code.

I would be great if the software can help you determine what you need to change in order to get a refund.
What's great about it: easy to use, remembers entries from previous year and allows you to compare previous year side by side

Great at Tax Forms, Not so great at Payment Method

The tax return was what I've come to expect from TurboTax. When it came time to pay, I opted to pay from my return. The process involved getting an ID code sent to my email. I discovered later that it went to my 'trash'. As I began to panic, evening of the 18th, I tried to go back to the options of payment methods with no luck. I went on-line and Googled TurboTax Suport. 800 number worked, but 3 hours from deadline and an estimated 30 minute wait. This did give me time to calm down and explore the intereface. I had gotten back to the payment method on the menu bar, and changed payment method to a credit card. No More Problems.

Easier every year

I really like how the information from the previous returns transfers over from the year before. No need to re enter personal or job related information. The audit risk bar makes you feel at ease when you review your return as well.
What's great about it: information from previous years transfers over saving a lot of time
What's not so great: None
