Fantastic and Thorough, Feeling Secure

We have used Intuit Turbo Tax for years and we have appreciated the honest and thorough guidance through our taxes.
What's great about it: Clear identification of positives and negatives. Simplifies without blowing smoke.
What's not so great: None. Great software, great company.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Good with some frustration

Overall I was glad I used TurboTax this year.
What's great about it: The steps for reporting income and deductions was effective and user friendly.
What's not so great: Had a significant problem downloading the state return. The updater window seemed to lock with no explanation,

RELATIVELY EASY TO DO; GOOD FORMAT AND SEQUENCING.
What's great about it: PRETTY EASY
What's not so great: COULDN'T PRINT PDF FILE

Had trouble entering my Bank of America routing number. Received conflicting messages. Would accept one number on one screen and the other number on a subsequent screen. Tried to enter both numbers on both screens. Ended up having to request refund by check. Even checked to be sure I was using the same number used by my employer for direct deposit.
What's not so great: Had rouble entering the Bank of America routing number.

Filed on the last day....but on time

Concerning the Cons: I thought that I had already filed the returns and was ready to celebrate, then TT asked for more money and only then did I get to the Submit button. Perhaps if I went back I would find that you described the steps to e-file the states and I just missed it....not sure. Overall I am very satisfied with the product. I am a long time user and will continue with TurboTax in 2016.
What's great about it: Filed multiple state taxes for the year. TT transferred the data easily
What's not so great: Actually getting to the e-file "Submit" page seemed cumbersome.
