Not as pleased as previous years

Wis Sales Tax: Since we purchased a large item I listed that item. TurboTax informed me it would take the standard deduction instead of the itemized and listed that amount. However, the lower amount was used on the summary. I tried to remove it but couldn't. Luckily the lower amount was only $36 lower than the standard deduction. I didn't have time to contact customer service.
Donation of non-cash: TurboTax didn't ask enough questions because the final review listed several errors that weren't originally asked.

Great in some ways

Really did some good work on an issue I had spent hours researching. The program handled it as I expected and in as much helped to confirm my findings. Provided a good format for the review of that issue dealing with social security benefits.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Difficult to visualize on scress even in form mode
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy and Quick

TT was easy to use and thorough. The only opportunity I had was with a state exemption for a military deduction that was not asked/listed on the TT state form. Do not pay an accountant - have your receipts and tax documents, then you can save money by filing you own taxes.
What's great about it: Walk through was easy to follow. Have your receipts and tax documents and TT will save you money.
What's not so great: State military deduction not listed on TT state form.

Painful Process Made So Easy!

Paying taxes is never fun and this year, I had to pay more. Turbo Tax made the entire process so easy to get through, that it was ALMOST pleasurable. I've tried other tax packages, but TurboTax is the one I'll always use.
What's great about it: TurboTax led me right through every situation and handled everything I needed it to handle.
What's not so great: None

Vastly improved since I last used TurboTax (many years ago). Easy to use. Love the ability to 'Flag' things which I need to come back to.
Feature Request: Would love to see a printable Tax Organizer to help me gather all of the required documents BEFORE I sit down and open TurboTax for the first time. Who knows... I might be able to make it through in a single session.

Easy filings

By and large, easy to use. Asks great questions, gives good feedback and current status along the process of entering data and filing. Only drawback is the restart needed each and every time the disk is reactivated. Do you want to uninstall the program? No! But in order to use it again, I had to. Very frustrating. I just want to be able to OPEN AND USE, like a plug-and-play option.
What's great about it: Asks all the right questions
What's not so great: Won't let me just _run_ the program when I start back up.
