Last Year Using Turbo Tax

I've been using Turbo Tax for as long as I've filed taxes. It's become harder, especially for the state tax side. We pay so much money for the software, why is it so difficult to pull in the state return. Why do I have to download an extra piece of software? Shouldn't it just be seamless. If I go somewhere else, there is not this much hassle to do the state return

Awful for reporting Business Expense, especially mileage. It so complicated a usually easy process. Even the answers that were specifically for Deluxe were not correct.
I used this last year, but I didn't have a 1099.
You cannot get to the forms to see them easily. Very difficult to make sense of. I was just trying to put in a 1099.

Turbo Tax continues to make my tax filing a very postive experience. This program walks me step by step through the entire process. For this reason, I will continue to use Turbo Tax for my tax filing purposes.

I've been using TurboTax for years and will continue to do so. I took a couple of years and experimented with other tax preparation software, but was disappointed with ease of use and results. I came back to TurboTax and am here to stay. Even as my life has changes, TurboTax helps me through the changes with clear, detailed directions. I like the sequence of questions with each section. I feel that TurboTax is covering all of the bases and making sure that my return is complete and accurate.
What's great about it: I love the clear directions and ease of use
