What's great about it: figured out all of the clergy stuff I would not have known how to do

Very Easy to Use

I finally switched to TurboTax after several years of using a different service/software, and now I see why this appears to be the most popular tool. I did my taxes in record time, without feeling like anything was left unasked or time wasted.
What's great about it: Efficient, intuitive flow
What's not so great: Help popups in different tab awkward

Most Excellent Program Again, Except for PP-ACA

Once again, loved the tax part.
When I got to the Medical Insurance your help on decoding what was where and who was lacking. I'm not even sure I did it right. You folks used to have WAY COOL videos that helped folks understand stuff years back. Don't need them now as I use the application every year and it's pretty much the same. The medical insurance area guidance was materially unacceptable, I felt lost, dazed and confused. Please make it better next year.
What's great about it: Loved the help with taxes, even an MBA could do this!
What's not so great: Felt in the dark on the Medical Insurance part, it sucks

I've been using Turbo Tax and QuickBooks for many years and it make doing my taxes myself very manageable. Thank you!!

Streamline Military Retired Pay questions

I guess a few more examples and hints are needed for Guys like me trying to figure out how Military Retirement is to be treated.
What's great about it: Easy interview format.
What's not so great: Couldn't get clear answers about how to treat Military Retirement Pay.

Let people know up front that if they are going to use a credit card to pay what they owe they will have to pay a big fee to do it.
What's not so great: At the end tp find out that on top of the money I had to pay I would be charged a fee of over 2% just for using a credit

Easiest Experience Ever!

This was my best tax experience ever. The software was extremely easy to use and the few times I needed help, my questions were answered and I was directed where to go. I will definitely use this product again.
What's great about it: Software was great! Transferred my info in correctly and with ease. Questions and help guided me all the way.
